Floor Plan Consultation

Together we refine the flow, proportions, and details — so every decision is intentional long before a single board is cut.
Site Preparation
Before the first wall rises, the land has to be right. I handle clearing, grading, and preparing your site so your home rests on a solid, well-drained foundation. Getting this foundation right from the very beginning is what separates a home that simply stands from one built to endure for generations on East Texas soil.
Build Management
Because I build only a select few homes each year, I personally oversee every stage of your project. I coordinate the schedule, keep skilled trades on track, and hold the quality standard on every detail myself. You will always know exactly where things stand and who to call — me. That hands-on attention is what keeps your home on time, on budget, and built right.
Finish Selection & Walkthrough
The finishes are what transform a house into your home. I guide you through selecting flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, hardware, paint, and every detail that reflects your taste — with an eye for the choices that elevate a space. When the build is complete, we walk through your finished home together, top to bottom, ensuring every detail is flawless before you ever move in.
